New data on the morphological and anatomical structure, chemical composition and distribution area of a rare species <em>Komarovia anisosperma</em> in Uzbekistan

For the first time, morphological and anatomical structure of vegetative generative organs, localization secretory ducts in underground aboveground parts species plants were studied. New GIS technologies used to elucidate spatial rare endemic Komarovia anisosperma monotypic genus Korovin Apiaceae family. The performed analysis showed most significant diagnostic features studied such as a deep taproot system, presence multi-branched caudex, underdeveloped stem leaves or reduced sheaths, central cylinder main root showing separate concentric circles large small vascular bundles, numerous secondary cortex, strongly elongated palisade leaf cells etc. As result phytochemical study, extracts roots inflorescences analyzed. According our data, component organs from terpenes was α-muurolene, for it α-curcumene. Grid mapping that is mainly concentrated Samarkand Kashkadarya regions, where favorable conditions its growth are found. These areas natural area origin species, establishment protected has led an increase number populations.
